Friendly knowledgeable staff and a drive thru!! Convenient!

Have to do an update on my review because I don’t think Zens doing a good job anymore. Yes it’s still the Best customer service around. The associates actually have knowledge of their products and they try and educate you instead of treating you like a number and quickly moving to the next customer. However the house brand was great value and good quality for a while but recently it’s continued to get worse. The strains that I use to love buying haven’t been around Rocky Road in particular and the stock of other brands is limited. Most companies have a couple hundred strains to chose from in stock Zen it’s 50 or so and most are there house brands which as I’ve said has really declined in quality.

I love everyone here and all the products. I like that most things stay on the menu a LONG time so I can keep buying my favorites. The quality is 🤌🤌 everytime. Never needed to exchange anything. The staff is knowledgeable. Helpful. Funny. Kinda makes me wanna work here it's so chill lmao

They always have what I need and they definitely have the best prices! That’s a win-win in my opinion! Handicap parking is available, and the people inside are very friendly and helpful.
