I'm not sure if the cashier was new, or something. But there is a clear display that has the incense rates and prices. 10 fo 2.50 is clearly stated there. He charged me over $80 for 10 incense. I have been to sooo many locations for xhale city and bought incense for that same price & never in my life have I spent over $8 for incense, let along $80. Idk, I love Xhale and have never had an issue, but this genuinely PISSED me off lol. What do you mean $80 for incense? Not even the most bougie store sells it for that much. Insane.

Of the many times and most of the time somebody throws a sign on the door is saying they’re closed for 15 minutes or 20 even 30 and 45 minutes and they never come back. Don’t waste your time waiting. If you see the sign that means whoever is in there doesn’t plan on coming back. Good luck.

Cali did a fantastic job helping me out today! I was gonna leave but he really looked out. “Life too short to not get what you want” Real words spoken by a great employee. I am not sure because I never seen him at this location before but I will return only if it’s worth meeting people like him. I’m impressed that the transaction was smoother than expected. Vapes etc. are everywhere but I came for the ambiance and he provided just that’s in a short moment. Good people doing great things is what keeps xhale city worth the drive. The reward program helps too!
