I’m brand new to DC from Florida, and bumped into this spot. I walked in and Clayton and Edward gave me top tier customer service. They were super friendly. Edward my budtender was knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. If the rest of the staff is like this then I can’t wait to meet them. This is from a Customer Service Manager of 10 years plus. 10/10 you have a loyal customer.

This is my second time and great customer service as always. This time the GM Melanie helped me out. She was top tier. After 4 times of trying to figure out Cash App we got it right. I’m from Florida and this is my spot now. I can’t wait until the lounge opens up.

Horrible experience I hate it there. The owner does not nobody’s doing as far as running this business. It’s a rip off as far as Prices. I literally only came here because it was a spare moment thing and I didn’t have anything to smoke. Otherwise like I would never come here again.

You do need medical card to shop here but u also can apply for one it only takes about ten mins .The staff are very friendly & informative the place is clean and secure.. has fair price range whether you're on a budget or looking for high quality they got you! If your real smoker this is Paradise 😁 highly recommend!!
