Vape store I keep going back to. Best reliable vape store I've been to in Charlotte.

Update: Still 5 stars of course. My last couple visits I've had the pleasure of interacting with Rosemary. Rose is well-spoken, knowledgeable about her products and always professional in her attire and attitude. She is warm, personable and has a vibrant energy. In this industry in particular she is a rare find. I'm always more than impressed by the customer service at vapor smoke shop. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They are also helpful in matching a product to client's desired effects. I always walk away feeling educated and confident about my purchases. When I have gone elsewhere in the past I have been sorely disappointed because my expectations are based on my experiences at vapor smoke shop. Other smoke shops fall immeasurably short.

Walked in same time as 3 other people and man was helping someone. I Let him help the other people first cause wanted to check flavors out. White lady eventually came out to help me. Looked at 4 flavors and told her what I wanted… she stopped helping me mid transaction while packing me up and said had to help a white man that wasn’t even there 2 mins after I had been there waiting for a while. I just walked out! I was about to spend $150 and he wanted to buy a $30 vape and didn’t know what he wanted. SMH bad business!!

They have everything I need. They are more expensive than my last store. That store got bought. I like the atmosphere and variety. I just think they are a bit pricey.

We were visiting from Las Vegas and my son found this awesome shop by reviews! Nate had knowledge and enthusiasm and positive customer service skills. We bought quite a few of the imported fun snacks. Our son found everything he was looking for and ended up making a second trip to the shop during our visit to North Carolina!
