Never open when they say they are. I wouldn’t try coming in within the first hour or so from their “open” time because no one will be there.

Had great service and a large variety of product. First time going today and was highly impressed. The staff helped find what I wanted and was super friendly. The shop was well organized, clean, and great with prices. Definitely one of my favorite vape shops, will go back again.

Prices were so low

I visited this morning at approximately 10:30 for the first time since relocating to New Haven. I decided to try a gummy. An employee, whose name I did not catch, mentioned that he had also recently moved here a few days ago and is the “new guy.” This individual exemplifies the qualities of an invaluable employee. He is highly knowledgeable, approachable, candid in his opinions, and provides excellent suggestions. His assistance was exceptional. I hope management recognizes and appreciates his contributions. I was searching for a specific vape (Miami Mint RAZ, the new model) but it was not available. After inquiring about my preferences, he recommended an alternative, which I purchased and thoroughly enjoy. He also offered to attempt to stock the vape I initially wanted. I hope the owner and management see this feedback and reward him for his outstanding customer service skills.

Great prices. They easily beat the gas station on vape prices, and they threw in a bunch of free thca goodies on my first visit.
