Vape City Route 20 Smoke Shop

I bought 2 crave 4500s from this place...the first 1 lasted less than 24 hours...the 2nd one is still going after a week....I went in and spoke with the woman at the desk and explained that 1 was malfunctioning....I wasn't trying to pull a fast one or anything I just explained what had happened...she absolutely made it right...great customer service and I will continue to purchase my vapes from this shop because of it....even though the company that produces the vape does not apparently do anything for the distributor of their product and they take a loss....despite this, she did the right thing...thank you for your service

They sold me a vape that did not work and the guy was an asshole about it and charged me full price to buy a new one… shitty place

I have been going there for almost a year and for the last 2 times I been there the vapes I have bought have not been lasting or tasting I tried to give benefit of the doubt and bought another one 2 days ago and it tasted burnt and died and it’s a 2500 puff one. At this point maybe the inventory old etc but will be going to the other spots in Framigham from now on please check yall vapes while in stores to make sure proper function ….

The NEW Owners are Very knowledgeable, polite & sweet as well personable. It's a complete pleasure visiting there. I absolutely LOV the selection of Candles and everything else that's on display. I am a Proud, Loyal Customer. I always recommend this shop to Friends and Family. And, also, They're ALWAYS smiling and welcoming. CATHERINE.

Staff could not answer basic questions, like if compatible replacement coils were stocked for a vape I intended to purchase here.
