I had a really great experience at Urban Farmacy! The staff was super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed. The space is clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time actually in a dispensary (I've only ever ordered delivery or online before) and I had a wonderful experience. I didn't catch the name of who helped me, but they were so so nice and were able to give me many recommendations based off of all my wants and needs! I got a couple new gummies to try for different circumstances, and I've got a few more I have my eyes on for next time I'm in. I get very nervous visiting new places so it's always such a relief when people are this kind and knowledgeable! Also, their prices are very reasonable, at least compared to gummies that I was getting delivered prior to this. I'll definitely stop in again, and I'll be recommending them to all of my friends in the neighborhood! And, even though I don't smoke, I really loved their clear displays and labeling of different flowers. I would definitely come here for advice if I ever choose to start partaking in that way.

Bad service. Bad budtender. If a bud tender has to ask what a eighth weighs or, simply shows the same jar over and over. Get attitude when asked simple questions. It's a management and business practice issue.
