Be very careful of this location, Briana D sold me the wrong product I didn't relize this till I was home, called the store to see if they could change the product to diamonds or sugar from the same brand instead of the Badder, was told they could exchange it not a problem as long as it wasnt open, returned to the store today was told all sales are final once you leave the store, check to make sure you have the correct product before you leave this location because they can sell you the wrong product without any repercussions.

A lot of stuff are overpriced. And it's a gamble about the service. You get ok service sometimes and sometimes you get really bad attitude.

I live literally down the street from this place and still, I go out of my way to avoid because: -They charge 2x as much as others. -The manager (black haired woman) is very rude. I understand that people have bad days, but this is a consistent experience. I just had my change slammed down on the counter coins going everywhere because they were about to close. -Shop at Catalyst and tell me I didn’t just save you a ton of money and got you way higher. Someone disagree here?

I will never buy from here again. I’ve been here about 3-4 times. Every experience was great until my last purchase. I bought the Camino Sparkling Pear for the second time and this batch I got had powder substance and brown spots on them. I went back to exchange them and show her what they looked like. She didn’t even look at them just asked me to close them and hand them to her. She read the outside date which said packaged 4/23/25 and said it could be cbd oil but didn’t say anything about the powdery substance, then told me she’ll call the manager. I was waiting 10 minutes, she came back asked for my id and receipt after she just said she remembered me from the night before, then 5 more minutes later came back to tell me the same thing “ she can’t refund”. I asked the security for an exchange not a refund and they still said no exchanges. I will never spend my money here again. They make no accommodations, if they give you a bad batch you just lose your money. Never recommending this place again.
