Outstanding customer service. Currently leaving combustible tobacco cigs behind. Did some nic vape product research before going, to get a general idea. The environment was cozy & welcoming. Kevin was amazingly helpful. He directed me to the products I needed with consideration & friendly professionalism. He even suggested more cost friendly options to the expensive options i was anticipating. Excellent service & saved me significant extra cost. 💯👍

I have been going here for years now. The other day I got a puffco hot knife and the charge would not keep. I went back the next day and Justin made everything right. Thank you so much!!! Such a cool place and chill employees

This place is ok. Im the type that likes to shop and look, then make my decision. However, when you got a staff remember literally 3 steps away from you the whole time. Putting other products in my face, than the one im looking for. I couldn't feel at ease shopping.

Awesome place!!

Unless necessary, don't go here. There are more dispos not far from here that have infinitely more respectful staff. Every time I've gone there's one guy who will either try to get me way more than I want or way less, for some reason. Was just there and asked for a quarter but he only would give me an eighth for no reason. Didn't bother asking for two eighths cus I've had problems with this guy before (previously he tried to get me to buy double the amount plus shrooms). I just wanted to get out of there quickly cus he seems like he's just trying to play me. I never even write reviews but I'm doing this cus he's that bad at customer service. Only reason I gave it two stars is cus of the variety of products they offer. If that wasn't a thing I would give it one star.

Came in and My Boi Mo took Good Care of me

I like this spot more than the other locations but deals and proximity could be the sweeteners 😏 I have only shopped with Mo and he is always pleasant, strong product knowledge and their benefits and he makes for great conversation! With the amount of traffic through those doors he remembered I have an upcoming procedure and inquires about my wellbeing. Kudos Bubs!! You're a great guy! The prices are great, close parking could be scant during higher traffic times but the short walks are beautiful!

Amazing service today. I’m not sure who my cashier was but she was amazing. She went over everything about the type of vape I wanted, even had someone else helping out so I got an in depth explanation of certain vapes. I went to another smoke-shop beforehand and the people there didn’t really explain much or even go over prices. I’m very happy with The Hub though because they were looking for vapes within my price range, told me the type of juice I needed. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I now have a regular smoke-shop again! :)

Prices are terrible. $30 for a bottle of 6mg/mL juice is dumb.
