5/5 just moved here and was happy to find the shop

I recently visited The Bloom Room and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the person who appeared to be the owner. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional, and the attitude I received made me uncomfortable as a customer. I tried to ask a few simple questions, but the responses felt dismissive, as if my business didn’t matter. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share when the overall atmosphere and customer service fall short of basic expectations. I hope this feedback helps others know what to expect and encourages improvements in the future.

Bad prices , so so THCA only flower only sold by the overpriced gram.

They're always willing to help me every time I go there the young lady behind the counter she was really super nice. And then gentleman with the weird goatee he was really a nice guy too.. I will tell my friends about the place. I will always go back there. They also have t shirts high times t shirts.That's really cool

the bloom room has all your needs!! Best place in town

This is definitely the worst shop I've ever been to. The clerk is so rude and arrogant, they don't have the most basic respect. I have no idea what the purpose of this store is.
