The Apothecarium Dispensary of Maplewood

I’ve visited this location several times over the past few weeks and have repeatedly had to double-check my purchases because staff often select the wrong items, even after I clearly explain what I want. During my most recent visit, I was assisted by Kandi, who was not very communicative, did not show me the items before ringing me up, and ultimately gave me the wrong product. As a result, I drove out of my way only to receive flower that appears to be stale, based on the overinflated bag, a production date from July, and an expiration date just three weeks away. Despite this being an employee error, the dispensary refused to exchange the product. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customers should not have to slow down their day to compensate for a lack of attention to detail from staff. I’m unlikely to return.
