Edited for response to review: Wouldn't it have been more accommodating to acknowledge us at the door rather than ignoring us, only to place a sign after we were out of view? I understand that staff may need to step away for a restroom break, but simply letting us know upfront would have been appreciated. Clear communication goes a long way in creating a welcoming experience. Visited this location, Google states it's open until 3AM, we arrived at 3PM rang the door bell several times, called a couple times no answer, then about a minute late a dude came to the door to tape a sign that states "be back in 10 minutes ". Highly unprofessional, would've love to have experienced it since we're from Nashville but oh well.
