Sweetspot is a small shop, but the service is big. They are friendly and helpful. And once when things went wrong, they made it right. Definitely recommend them. Especially Logan. Logan’s knowledge of terpenes is great! I shop based on pain relieving terps. He advised me on which terps to avoid, to curb anxiety.

Great, small dispensary. Don't have to worry about entering all your info and order in a kiosk. You get a real, live person! Average prices. Tucked away but once you've been there you won't forget.

They refused to serve me ten minutes before they closed

This place is a joke. 3rd and final attempt to do business here... This location is simply overstaffed with apathetic disinterested employees who are more worried about their own buzz and personal conversations than helping anyone make a purchase. They routinely sell merchandise (specifically carts and vapes) that malfunction, and then have the audacity to say you cannot get a return unless you make a public profile. That is absolute BS. There are plenty of other cannabis dispensaries that stand by their products and do not make the customer feel like they are being duped. Unsolicited chirps and escalated dialogue abound from otherwise useless people sitting around doing nothing. If I worked at a state or county ABC store or beer store, there is an expectation that I am not drunk on the job. The cannabis industry should NOT be any different. No one answers the phone professionally. They can barely put two words together. There's zero customer service and there is hardly any opportunity to reach out to a corporate office other than to franchise, which is laughable. Go elsewhere, there's are so many other BETTER businesses to support.

I recently visited The Sweet Spot Cannabis Dispensary in Olney, MD, and it was a fantastic experience. As a medical patient, I appreciated the small and cute atmosphere, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The layout was easy to navigate, allowing me to find what I needed without any hassle. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with my questions. I highly recommend trying the Dogwalkers - they're absolutely amazing and have quickly become one of my favorites. Overall, I’d give The Sweet Spot a solid 4 out of 5 stars for its excellent service, great product selection, and charming vibe!
