Only place in town with American made and even local glass! Don't listen to the bad reviews they are being review bombed by the nextdoor bar for not letting people park there! They even let my dog in and gave her treats! Support local glass!

Absolutely the most disrespectful owner out there. Throwing bikers off your property because they needed a place to park for a half hour for a charity run.Typical vape shop owner who only cares about selling your toxic shit to our children. Everyone in Massilon will know about this.

EDIT 2: 7/8/2025 Still no refund even though the items were returned. EDIT: The reply below is either a lie or large error on their software. I have NOT recieved the return label untill 6/18/2025 @ 3:12 pm and 3:13pm. This review was left at 3:31pm. I unsubscribed from your email marketing - I did not block Zach's email or your email that sends out the return labels. One of the return labels if for the item that I ordered but never recieved! I recieved the first return label and the two today (6/18/25) no problem. Original Review: I hate to do this but its been two weeks since I made my order without proper communcation and resolution. My experience has been less than ideal. I was shipped the wrong order twice - which is frustrating enough. The real frustration is the lack of communication from the company. When you call the number, you're given a email for customer support. They seemed to be on top of it but then sent me the wrong item again. Now, we're going on a week without any communication. The purhcase was suppose to be a birthday gift but now I am 2+ weeks into the purchasing process without a resolution.
