My favorite vape shop in Keene super friendly and helpful great selection!!

Store products so far behind the counter you can’t read them and treat you like you want to steal for asking if you can step behind. Employees reading the names of 100s of products one by one without knowing what you’re looking for is not conducive to business and I won’t be coming back. I know you can’t have people stealing but maybe install cameras? Or place items close enough for people to read? Common sense honestly

McKenna (aka Kenna) in the Keene store has always been super helpful to me! I've asked her all sorts of questions and requested her advice on my many trips there for different situations. Kenna knows about the various products offered and always seems to have the knowledge and and honest recommendations to assist me to try and find the right option for me at that time. 5 star treatment every time I go. Amazing customer service

Great customer service, I had asked the worker for any recommendations and she was very helpful. The workers name was Kenna. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

I try to plan my visits to the store to match up with Kenna’s work schedule because I know if she’s working I’ll get the best customer service! She is extremely knowledgeable & her recommendations are always excellent. The last rec she gave me became my new go to brand. I seriously cannot say enough good things about the service she has provided.
