When I walked in the store, it was like setting foot in a sauna 😳. I commented on the heat, and was ignored. Thankfully I was only picking up a vape my daughter wanted and didn’t have to stay long. I asked for a bag, and the Indian girl looked at me like I had 5 heads. So I followed her annoyed stare with “It’s not for me!” By this time I’ve legit broke out in a sweat in the 5 unpleasant movies I’ve had to be in there, and I comment again… telling the woman it is EXTREMELY hot in the store, and that the heat in there alone would prevent me from ever coming back! Still barely a response. Her accent was quite thick so perhaps she wasn’t understanding. For context, it’s 53 degrees outside. I was wearing a pair of leggings, a tank top, and a light cardigan type open sweater. It was EASILY 85 degrees plus in the store. Honestly felt like 90. When running a business the temperature needs to be set in a reasonable range for customers, NOT one individual employees comfort.
