This smoke shop is among the best in the city. It's beautifully arranged and impeccably clean. The customer service was outstanding; the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing excellent advice. It’s definitely a vibe. Check them out if you're looking for “something something” 😂

Never have what I’m looking for in stock and very unreasonable customer service. I used to refer people here, but it’s very disheartening how stern they are over an exchange for a purchase made less than 5 minutes ago. It was a $3 item Actually, it does work like that. For one, it wasn’t about the price because your prices are actually cheaper than the gas station. You did not have the product that I was looking for at all. Your associate convinced me to buy a product I did not want so I decided to check before going since I did state to the associate that I traveled from Buckhead via train to find these papers since I couldn’t find them near me. If I went to Walmart, CVS, Target, Publix, Kroger, or Walgreens, they would have refunded, exchanged, or price matched the item depending on the situation. Bottom line you lost no money, I got my lighter, and you lost my business. Greed will only take you so far.
