Claim to be authorized dealer for puffco. But.... when i tried to return a faulty product(same day, unused, with recept) they told me to kick rocks. Try a different outlet for puffco if you want a working product with a reputable dealer.

I had a fantastic experience recently at Slow Puffs in Middletown. I went in to buy some rolling papers and walked out with a very large bong. The woman working there could not have been more helpful. The bong is also great. I hopped in the whip, went back to the crib and put on the album The Scroll by DJ Lev Ahavah. Slow Puffs made my day better. Also they are next to a barber shop. ✌️

Got a burnt vape and felt so bad going back in to switch it out but delaney was sooo helpful! super polite and friendly & they have a points system. will definitely be back! :)

Lady workin counter was super friendly, even though I came in just before closing. Knew what she had in stock. Will go back. Only caveat was parking lot is very dark. CVS on opposite side of main road so I wasn’t too scared.
