I went for my first time yesterday and couldn't be happier! :) Hannah and Claire were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, friendly, professional, and awesome. They were able to answer all of my questions and patiently helped me select which products best suited my needs. I will definitely be returning, and I hope it's a day when Hannah & Claire are working!

I went to the Hamden Store a few days ago for the first time. Hannah and Claire were very knowledgeable and helped me with exactly what I was looking for since I was switching from cigarettes to vaping, and also have great prices. I will definitely be going back.

I went in to the store blind, not knowing a thing about what to get, for this new pipe prop I bought, it was obvious I had confused the woman running the place. But she took her time with me and gave me all the info on what I was getting, I was able to get what I was looking for. If l ever need anything else related to vapes or tobacco products I will for sure come back to the slow puffs in hamden.

Slow Puffs offers a wide variety of juice and device options. I came in looking for a specific flavor profile since my favorite juice is harder to find lately and Jordan was very helpful! He made suggestions, looked through every flavor with me to get as close as possible to the Strawberry/Watermelon/Apple flavor I like, and took my info down so the store can place an order for the juice I can’t find anywhere. Great experience and I will now be coming here regularly for all of my vaping needs!

I just went their today and the staff is super friendly and helpful and all the glass is very reasonable 👌 I highly recommend this place

Second time having the pleasure to work with Jordan at slow puffs The best personality and creative eye when it comes to glass pieces. We went in seeking a father's day gift and left with an amazing mantle piece and a smaller bubbler that were such showstoppers and very much us ! 10/10 will be a frequent flyer thanks to Jordan
