If I could rate 0 stars I would. I bought an item from this shop only to bring it home for it not to work. I call and they tell me that’s to bad and I cannot receive a refund. When the receipt says 30 days to return. Awful store do not come here

I came in here several weeks ago to buy some fake pee, the young woman kicked me out of the store and was incredibly rude to me. I had started to state that I was thankful she had it as anything would help in the bedroom, instead she yelled at me and told me what I was doing was illegal. She made me feel disgusting and made me cry. I will not be returning to this or any Shag in the future.

Shags is my go to place for a lot of things! I enjoy working with Jen and Bekah. Bekah helped me pick out my new favorite lip balm! It is a CBD lip balm that is Absolutely amazing and leaves my lips feeling So good for Hours! Jen was amazing helping my pick out vape juices when I vaped. Both, along with the others have been amazing at helping me gift shop for others.

I go here all the time services are really friendly and actually know what they are talking about

My boyfriend purchased something a few days ago. He's an Iowa Medical Marijuana patient. When he got more carts from the Iowa City Dispensary, he opened a Exxus Snap Cart Vap and the device was not in the box. We contacted Lindale Mall Shag and Jen stated we couldn't have a patient go without their medication. And exchanged the product and opened it in front of me to make sure my boyfriend had what he needed. All free of charge. We love Shag at Lindale Mall!!!

I walked into this store expecting to spend $15. After working with Bekah I ended up spending closer to 200$ she was amazing and so helpful. When I come back to this store it’s going to be because of her customer service skills!
