This company goes above and beyond customer satisfaction. I ordered a product and due to the USPS system delaying my order delivery, these guys here gave me credit and also tried to help me locate my package. 10-16-25 Wow!!! James is such a phenomenal store manager! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional! I was pretty impressed with the previous management team but James has blown us away!! What’s even more - I asked James what happened to the previous manager and he was so discreet and didn’t share anything! He has character and is extremely hard working. I’ve also noticed that he enforces store policies and cares about the business! The rest of the team is great too and has always been great! Keep up the amazing! You guys truly go above and beyond and it’s so nice to have that at an “alternative” store! Alysa and the team at Shag on Merle hay are super knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient! They have a wide selection of products. The store is laid out in a very open, organized manner that creates a lovely Shopping experience!
