I'm getting disappointed the promise me that when I have it delivered and that didn't even have any goods to call me and tell me I didn't have enough insulation when they know they deliver at the same time they could have called me and told me that no the waited until I called them at 11:10when they were supposed to be here between 11:00 and 2:00 and normally they called me and told me ahead of time when they come in and all that they didn't do that so I got a little worried and I called the store when I spoke to the Chapman he said I'm sorry I'm by myself I can't do anything about it and you got low insulation I said okay I'll come nobody can call me I'm sorry we couldn't call you at the time I just I don't know what to say anymore decent phone call that's all I asked.
