Great staff..
My recent visit was my fourth. It's a pleasant and very efficient place to visit. The staff is very nice as well. I recently had a defective pump bottle and they gave me credit over the phone and I didn't even had to bring the bottle back. I picked up a cool T-shirt while I was there as well.
Polite, friendly, and efficient. Their web site is easy to use too.
