Products were fantastic

Just purchased 7 dime bags at $8 each. 13% tax so it came to $63.28. I do the math b4 and bring exact change. Yes, I'm that guy. Person at the counter say its $63.30, we round up. I go well that's the correct charge so you guys can put in the 2 cents. Nope they wouldn't make the sale until I gave them 2 pennies. Who runs a business like this? I'm a vet who enjoys weed and I usually go to FlynnStoned where they give me a 10% discount. This was my 3rd time going to Raven's Joint. The 1st two times the sales people were trying to over hustle tips and this time they wanted to get their 2 cents that wasn't rightfully owed to them. Wow, lose a customer over 2 cents. I will never buy from Raven's Joint again. The one star is cause they had the flavor I wanted. Next time I'll pick a flavor provided at FlynnStoned. Had the rep been nice she would have gotten a tip because it's not about the money it's about principle. FlynnStoned gives me 10% off and I usually give them a $5.00 tip.

Raven’s is the best! I enjoy browsing the new merchandise that comes in. Danny was right there to answer my questions - very knowledgeable and such a nice guy. I recommend you stop in and check them out.

Raven always has the best knowledgeable people about all of there products. They are very welcoming, Danny is super friendly and will tell you all about the products you are getting. I even asked if they were going to be getting anything for animals for joint health and as of today they do. Can't wait to visit again soon!!

I love this place so much! From the concept of Raven the dog being the star (as she should be), to the awesome products and the super nice employees, this dispensary has been my favorite CNY dispensary. You just feel welcome here the entire time. The prices are solid and the products have all been top quality for me. I think the thing I like the most though is they make me feel like I matter. In a world where we see more and more corporate greed and consumerism, I appreciate Raven’s Joint for keeping it 100% across the board. Thank you tons to the entire team for being so cool seriously

DO NOT GO HERE. If you buy a new battery and cart and it leaks and destroys everything, they won’t refund you a penny. Since when does a retailer not take fault for their manufacturer? Never wasting my money here AGAIN.

Been frequenting this place a decent amount because it's close and most everyone is super friendly and helpful. I ordered 1/2 oz of a 26% Sativa called Purple Thai along with a 1/4 of amnesia haze. It was 130.00 for the 1/2 which is not cheap but hey if it's good, well worth it. Well….the weed I received was 20% THC and it was horrible. Minimal odor, minimal taste and ridiculously dry. I did not realize what the label said until after it had been smoked. They also advertised 1/8 for 44.00 at 20%thc. this is what I thought I had been given on accident,, not realizing that cheap price was for the eighth. Regardless, their site advertised 26% and I paid 130.00 for it but was given 20% absolute garbage weed. I went in today and spoke to either a manager or the owner. He explained it was all the same batch and their website must be in error stating it was 26%. I get that but I told him that I simply would never order or pay 130.00 for 20% let alone have it be garbage. He apologized but offered NOTHING. I’ve been in customer service my entire life. While mistakes happen, offering some kind of compensation such as store credit, free something, etc….could have gone a long way. Too much competition out here now. Might all be about the same weed but how you treat customers, especially repeat ones will determine how long you'll be around. Unless your target customer is only inexperienced ones…I’m sorry to lose such a convenient location to shop at but I won't be back. Edit: gave them another try. Then another..crap again. Bought 1/2 ozof 7seaz lemon haze x cheesequake. Hardly any trichomes left on it and literally tastes like grass clippings from the mower bag. Maybe it’s the brand. Maybe it’s NY weed in general but so sick of wasting money.

I'm in here probably once a week on average. They're pricing is competitive and unless its super busy, someone usually caters to your needs. They are always having events and give out stickers and stuff. Sometimes they run phenomenal deals as well. I think one time I bought a water pipe dirt cheap and I still have it. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful- it is hard to find service like that nowadays. I wouldn't bother searching elsewhere, Ravens Joint is the spot.

Hello, my name is Rashaun. Or you can call me Ray you guys are the Absolutely best dispensary around! The selection is top-notch, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I stop by about once a week and every visit has been a consistently awesome experience. KAYLA in particular, is fantastic—super knowledgeable and always comes through with great recommendations. The vibe is relaxed, the service is on point, and the products never disappoint. You really can’t go wrong here! and. every time I come to Raven’s joint, I am greeted with such respect and kindness. She is very professional. I see the work ethic is amazing. They really love serving their customers. I also wanna give a shout out to danny which is very awesome by the way, also friendly so professional and that’s what keeps me coming back lately. Had a bad habit of coming back lol but it’s a good thing because I love ravens joint pretty cool place I’m glad you guys are located 5 to 10 minutes away from me because I don’t look forward to going to any other place thank you. You guys are awesome. Continue to be great and to the owner thank you too because you’re also awesome you’re kind you’re respectful and that’s what we need in this world. Ps before I came into your place of business I was having a hard time today (11/6/2025) until cashier KAYLA (49461) greeted me and was so happy to serve me and Ultimately made my day better by showing kindness and respect sometimes that’s all it takes men but thank you again to you guys
