There’s a shortage everywhere else because Rafi’s been stockpiling the goods himself for YOUR convenience. The owner is a great man to say the absolute least. Caring, true to his word, geniune, a veteran, and an absolute gentleman to everyone who walks in. A man of the people! The prices are cheaper than anywhere. I like this location because the young lady who works the counter is extremely kind and extremely pretty. A lot more attractive than rafi. God is g∞d. If you don’t come to Rafi’s, then you deserve to misplace your offbrand vape bought at the speedway. Don’t think, just go!
