Pure CBD

A disappointing experience. I’m sharing it here in case it helps someone else: I ordered Pure CBD products from HealwithNature while I was in Los Angeles for work. I placed the order on October 13, and it was delivered to my hotel on October 18 after I had already checked out due to USPS delays caused by the government shutdown. The hotel received the package and returned it late (on November 5), and the item finally reached the seller on November 20. And It turned into a frustrating 37-day journey for a delivery I never even saw. When I contacted HealwithNature for support, I was told that a refund wasn’t possible because the return arrived after 30 days. I’m not even sure how fair that is, because I don’t believe the return shipping timeline should be my responsibility. In the end, I paid $217.83 for nothing. I truly hope the company can be more understanding toward customers in unexpected situations like this. And while the products may be good, it no longer feels like a company I can trust, especially knowing how easily you can be left on your own when something goes wrong.

I have insomnia and the salesperson suggested Extract Labs, PM Formula Hemp Tincture. She told me to try a half dose first. No reaction or help for insomnia on the first night. I tried the full dose two nights later. I had a horrible hangover. I believe there is too much (60 mg) THC in it.Beware!

I have a close family remember who leverages CBD products for tranquility and other benefits. I ran a search in both Yelp and Google and found Pure CBD as the highest rated recommendation in the Los Angeles area. I was at The Grove for Christmas shopping and decided to drive the 2 miles or so to this Santa Monica location. I was lucky to quickly find parking right outside the front entrance. A young man asked me how he could help. I explained who the person was, the key issues they’re using CBD products. I then asked for their best product and he recommended the product featured in 4 of the posted photos on this review. A review of the manufacturer’s website and you’ll find they seem to use the highest possible quality products and it offers more than just CBD…CBA & other acronyms I don’t recall. It is the most expensive one they had and lucky for me they. 30% sale going on. I bought three packages for my family member and they should be good for 3-6 months. Pure CBD has a frequent buyer program-program, a website and can ship across the US. I’m glad I stopped by to check out this location.

The store was great and Alissa guided me to exactly what I needed for recovery and restoration. Good stuff and not too expensive compared to other locations that offer similar products. I'll be back!

Tries multiple cbd spots all lover LA. This one is the most trustworthy. Please do not cheap out and go to other Venice stores. Not worth it.
