My husband is a first time buyer. When his mod stopped working after only a week he took it back and asked for help. The gentleman at the counter discovered the issue and showed it to one of his managers. It was a manufacturer defect. The manager didn't try to dick him around and trick him into just buying another $80 mod or say he was s.o.l or try to make him deal with the manufacturer warranty. They were professional and down to earth( no pun intended) which is a combination of traits not normally found around Cheyenne businesses. They swapped out the mod and made sure to answer all the questions he had. We will be returning.

I visited the shop earlier this week all these lovely ladies,Theresa,Shelbey, Mae , and Kayla; Helped me for a good 15-20 mins researching and educating me on the different vapes! I will definitely be recommending this place. #GottaBeatHisScore

This place is so incredibly sick, the atmosphere phenomenal, and all the people working were super cool and very helpful! Theresa was the one to help me and she was fantastic and way cool, helped make my choices easy and answered all my questions. Never seen such a great selection and a free drink with my purchase was unexpected and very welcome. I'm definitely coming back and recommending to all my friends, I'd give more then 5 stars if I could!
