Today I made my last purchase as a loyal customer of 5 years. I’ve spent several thousand dollars here over the years, and last week I ordered a few carts for delivery. One of the carts didn’t work. I contacted customer support and I was told that I have to come in to the store in person to get a replacement. All of my orders have been delivered, I don’t drive. I tried explaining that to them several times but they refused to send a replacement and take the faulty product back. I’ve had this issue once before, they sent a replacement on my next order. Unfortunately this time they’re not willing to work with me. Financially, it just doesn’t make sense for me to go out of my way and spend $40 dollars on Uber rides to get a $16 cart replaced. So sadly this $16 dollar cart is the reason you’re losing a 5 year loyal customer. It’s just too risky to order from here and run the risk of getting faulty product that doesn’t work and not being able to get it replaced, it’s just money lost. This place just doesn’t tend to locals the way it used to. I order $100 dollar deliveries once a week but a $16 dollar cart is just too much for them.

Easy to get to, friendly staff, and tons to look at and do on site. Only wish we had more time to hang out and experience it all, but we were in a rush.

Would be five stars if they weren't now using A.I. instead of humans. Have used Planet13 exclusively for about a year now. However, due to their implementation of AI Cloe, considering switching to somewhere else. A.I. is creepy and folks need jobs.

Well, this used to be my go to, recommended the place to every other local I knew. Unfortunately, it seems that locals pricing is now a weird, unnavigable maze. I reached out for clarification via phone, but they now have an AI chatbot that speaks in gibberish and dumps you into a dead voicemail box if you refuse to or can't get the AI to communicate...which, being AI, it can't understand anything you say and won't tell you anything meaningful. Hard avoid, and I will be seeking another dispensary.

I was really excited to visit Planet 13 while on vacation from Miami. Unfortunately, my experience did not go as expected. Upon my arrival, the customer service agent in the photo below had a noticeable attitude. While I was waiting for my partner to complete their purchase—I had already been there for about 20 minutes—I took a quick photo of the building’s floor design (also shown below). The same employee, who refused to provide her name, abruptly told me to leave the building for taking a picture. I have the entire incident recorded on video for proof. When I mentioned that I would be reaching out to corporate, she again refused to give her name, which is also captured on video. After I began recording, she attempted to get security involved to control the narrative, but the footage clearly shows what happened. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that depends on customer experience. People like her should not be representing your brand, especially in a customer service position. Based on her demeanor and behavior, she may have even been under the influence while working. I have already reached out to Planet 13 corporate and am waiting for a callback. I’ll also be sharing my experience on TikTok so others are aware of what happened.

Terrible customer service and an incredibly inefficient system. The queue makes no sense, the process is slow, and despite having tons of tills, most are left unstaffed. Staff come off rude and uninterested. It feels more like a tourist trap than a quality dispensary. Cabs will try to bring you here, but honestly, anywhere else is a better experience.
