Everything is overpriced and their stock is very limited.

I've been shopping in this store for quite some time. Everyone has always been accommodating. I purchased a box of wraps months ago & every pack was stale because there was a hole in the packaging. I was told then I should have brought them back & they would've made it right. I was out of town, so I took the loss. The last few days I've made a purchase & I bought the last five in the box. 10 packages were stale. I took the last 2 packs back and was told they weren't cracked. I took pictures of the one I took out and it's obvious they're not fresh. I shouldn't have to add moisture. I called Mo & left a message.

Awesome place with great products and prices. Carries 7 hydroxy with and without pseudo. Trucks can get in as well. Easy on and off the place is saved and I will be back!!!

I absolutely love going to this shop. Clean and super friendly service and the amount of products is great. The reason I am giving this 3 ⭐️'s is because the last 2 times I have stopped through, there has been a sign on the door "Be back in 10 or 15 mins" and the door is locked. 2 times in a row about 3 days apart. I have worked in customer service and retail for over 25 years and personally this is unacceptable. Hope things get back to business as usual soon. Will update in the future.

RUDE!!!!;no other way to describe it!!! Too busy to Walked in straight to what I was buying. Let the guy working know I was ready. He made eye contact.. then proceeding to make a phone call. I waited patiently for about 5 minutes... he then gets off the phone. I say EXCUSE me I am ready. Tell them what I would like the phone then rang and he walked off again.... I went to VIP smoke shop in St Albans not only was the selection 10 times as big customer service 10 times better prices were definitely way cheaper!!

Staff is super nice! Great products!
