Ms Lady is very nice and passionate she does her best helping every time we come in She's the best!!!

After an hour of searching this entire area, the gentleman in this shop was an absolute life saver and helped me find a battery charging bank. I'm on my way up to visit family in Michigan and my battery bank died on me so this was a Massive relief to find. Anyone who vapes knows these suckers are hard to find anywhere offline. They also have a killer juice selection, valuing high quality flavors and brands, and their water pipes are beyond gorgeous. I'll be sure to stop here, again, on any future trips if I need anything! They even carry my preferred juice brand, MRKT PLCE! 15/10, would shop here Happily again!

I go to this shop pretty often and I went to it today because I had a vape that didn’t turn on nor did it work. I ask the lady if she could exchange it and told me nah that’s too bad. Now I get that some people don’t have integrity but this case isn’t one of them. Mind you this is within 48 hours. Don’t shop here customer service is not in the description.
