Great products, but man, they do NOT know how to stock! They are constantly undersold on kava and refuse to place bigger orders. Forced me to go somewhere else. Similar comments from anyone I know that’s gone to this location. Staff is always really great, but the mgt runs it poorly

Selling products that are over a year past expiration date. When I asked, the guy acknowledged that their suppliers are giving them expired products and that he just doesn't use them. The expired item goes right back on the shelves. The staff are friendly so it sucks to have to write this review, but purposely selling *very* expired goods is awful.

I consistently get amazing service from all Northland locations, but especially the one on 25th St S in Fargo. It's also super nice that they have a drive up window.

It's almost always the same guy when I go in there, and he is always friendly and helpful. Next time I'll catch his name and thank him personally.

Asked for a flavor, didn't include the word freeze or ice, but still gave me ice instead. Feel like the guy should have been paying more attention to the flavors he grabs, seemed like he skims over them
