Came in looking for a new vape drop here all the time. Thought I could trust asking her what flavor it was. She let me know that it was blackberry. Once I opened it and I realized that it ice which I hate she said well you can't return it I said I asked you the flavor and you told me that it's blackberry you didn't tell me it was blackberry ice. Looks at me and says you come here all the time and I really don't care. Thanks nean I was one of your first customers. The days when you were right behind the counter with your laptop

I bought a vape here (Luxe X) and unfortunately it was defective. I had bought this same vape awhile back from here and it worked fine. I noticed the vape was a different color on the box (actually vape was purple when box said it was blue) and that it wasn’t sealed. Main problem just wasn’t working. I go in and of course the girl working had to be the one with the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. I have seen her in the past and I never have seen someone look so miserable doing the job she signed up for. Every time I’ve seen her she’s on her phone vaping and seems disgusted when someone walks in. Also little side story first time I saw her working she was on her phone vaping and blew the smoke in my face when she saw me standing at the counter lol. Anyways, I bring the vape and she is essentially accusing me of stealing/pulling a fast one. Thankfully I was able to exchange but not without a lot of bratty attitude and huff and puffing from her end. I’ve been coming here since nearly the last year and unfortunately i probably won’t be back. If you’re going to hire someone,make sure they don’t have a problem taking care of customers, like this one did.

This is where I normally go to buy my ciggs, (which I'm hoping is going to end soon) today I called to find out the price for them, and the kid answered the phone and said we aren't allowed to give prices on the phone, boss is real strict about it... Lol I guess.

Bought a disposable vape 48 hours ago. Barely touched it. Says it's almost empty. Best they could do is apologize? Never coming back.

Good location right off of 169. Nice shop, clean friendly staff, Mateo is very helpful and a fun guy to talk too. Very knowledgeable about the inventory. Good prices.
