Absolutely terrible company, inconsistent quality, inconsistent product availability, and rude management! I will never step foot in this company again, coupon or not. You guys can keep your snicklefritz, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Maria is the best! I have been going to med side for a year now. She has helped me through the worst year of my life. At least one thing is always certain. I will have a great experience at Nature’s Medical. Update : Maria is still the best. I love her!

Budtenders are awesome!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing! Prices are great and always an enjoyable atmosphere!

Was incredibly thankful and appreciative of my first budtender here. Tonight was a different story. I honestly don’t care if budtenders consume, but if you’re so high I can tell, and you can’t understand basic conversation then the job isn’t for you. I walked in asking for a strain that finally worked for me and she didn’t even look, and just stared at me. It was very awkward and so I asked for something similar by explaining why I wanted a similar strain. She wasn’t comprehending anything I was saying. Instead, the budtender who was clearly orbiting another planet handed me a random strain with some weird example and story about her life. She claimed it was “ the closest thing” I could get. Spoiler: it’s not even in the same galaxy. I’m not expecting NASA level expertise, but I am expecting someone who can comprehend a question without staring into the void between sentences. Now I’m stuck with a strain I didn’t want because she was too stoned to function. She also couldn’t comprehend any questions about other products and kept asking how much money I wanted to spend. I’m now aware there’s a sale Friday because I was told several times to come back then (as she implied I didn’t have money to spend). She even told me at one point I should try and find my stuff at a head shop. I went from this would be my home store to I decided I’m going to attempt to avoid this dispensary at all cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone new to smoking with questions looking for the correct info. Nor to anyone not wanting to be haggled about how much they want to spend. I had no limit in mind. I ended up leaving and spending 4Xwhat I spent here at a dispensary down the street.
