Natural Relief Dispensary

So… the first time Natural Relief tried to scam me by giving me the wrong product and not taking it back, they eventually swapped it out. Fast forward to 12/19, at 6:15 I went in and got my online order. I didn’t open up the package at all and noticed they got the order wrong. I went back in and was denied swapping or any type of replacement for the wrong cart they gave me. This place is a straight up scamming the consumer and they don’t care to keep a customer happy. And glad to say I am done with this dispensary after this second scam. Absolutely sickening you charged me $40 for distillate knowing I paid $40 for live resin. Congrats. The manager on duty shouldn’t be a manager. Terrible service. The manager admitted it was their fault and offered 20 percent for a new cart? No I’m not going to buy another cart for you all to not tell me you swapped and then forced my hand to keep it and spent my hard earned money.

Great selection. Even the low price items are great. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and super friendly.
