They got ride of the point system. The reason I went here. They put the notice at the bottom of the site and don’t say anything unless you ask. Also weight your stuff. They are wrong a lot. Ascend down the street is better. Update new point system here is garbage. They want you to spend $800 to get 20% off your n purchase.

Be prepared to wait a half hour to get online order. On a Friday they have 1 budtender ??? New points system is horrible compared to the old one.

I hate when an owner or company overcharges for marijuana. Stop buying here go to ascend on midway. This location is greedy and overpriced weed all the time. Go to your local dealer or ascend. Let’s put them out of business for being greedy!

As a medical patient the wait was ridiculous. While I understand that it was a holiday, the way everyone was just standing around waiting for our names to be called is unorganized and will probably guarantee I won’t be back! Waiting as long as I did for an online order is crazy work.

They’d announced a date by which customers were to spend their loyalty/rewards points but then nuked the program almost a week early. Hundreds of $$$ in points gone, and they have no plan to compensate anyone. So much for customer loyalty — I won’t be back

The customer service it not all that great. I made a pre order, applied my points so it would be discounted at the total remaining was $21.19 but when I got there they were trying to charge full price. I notified the person that I had used points and then he said that the points are not stackable and he would have to return the points and charge me either full price or just use a $10 discount when it was supposed to be $40 off. Truly not a great experience and I think I'm going back to ZenLeaf, they only reason I had gone here was for the convenience of proximity.
