This place is max convenience. The drive through is so nice. I often stop by after a long shift at work and I'm grateful to not have to get out of my car. The prices and products are also lit.

I really try to always share positive reviews where they’re due (in fact, I’ve left a 5 star review for you guys in the past), but I have to share some honest feedback after our experience last night. I’ve been coming to Mana for a couple years now and always love their friendly and knowledgeable staff, their products, and even their sales and rewards are really great. Last night however, was a new and disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I ran out real quick to grab a few things. I forgot my ID So when I placed an online order, I put it under his ID and info, but I guess because I entered my phone number it Auto Filled With my account info on their end. When we arrive to pick up my order through the drive-through, A young woman with glasses was giving us a hard time and was very rude and very dismissive. I explained to her what I did and we just kept being met with awful and negative attitude and being dismissed or her walking away saying “I can’t hear you”. At one point, she insinuated we were either lying or something by arguing back with us, Even though we were calm and not arguing at all. A taller gentleman with a beard even tried to assist her, explained that the online order was placed under his info and ID, but I put my phone number in which was connected to my account. She then told us she couldn’t put the order through and said we’d have to come inside and treat it like a new order. My boyfriend went in while I stayed in the truck and immediately one of the other employees made a comment to him already knowing that there were issues with her, insinuating that she must have been giving other customers a similar experience. I’ve loved coming to you guys, but I just felt it was important to share because that’s not my typical experience with your staff and it’s that exact type of uncomfortable atmosphere that pushes loyal customers to go elsewhere. This wasn’t a case of us trying to be right or argue, we were just instantly met with awful attitude and feeling like we were being dismissed. Then the girl inside charges him the $3.50 fee even though he paid cash? And proceeded to speak down to him when he asked. Why are they working the window or counter if they can’t even speak to customers and handle issues respectfully??
