I love this place great prices and very friendly staff. Marcus and Brian were my delivery staff for my orders.They were great very helpful this is my new n only place to shop for my needs.

I've been using delivery because my vehicle broke down. I've had around 5 deliveries so far. On the Liv site when checking out you can pick your delivery time if you need a certain time. Or you can pick ASAP. It's been around a hour waiting for Marko, my delivery Dude. Very nice and friendly delivery people. I was the only delivery today when I ordered so he got my items together and gave me a call to go over my points and see if I had enough to get a " freebie ." I do, so when I get my vehicle I'll head in to see the place and all the stuff im missing since I haven't yet. They also have great deals !! There's a Highly Loyal Club too, points off for $ spent. Very happy with the Grand Rapids Liv. I'll be moving soon and will miss having it delivered or visiting in store. Definitely Recommend !!

Created an order, was told it was received and being prepared, waited for hours, the order was never fulfilled. Check on the status the next day and now I have “no orders” ???

I was cool with Liv Cannibis, in Grand Rapids specifically. I use it every time I come from out of town. Until the guy with long hair, glasses .. checked me out. I reached and picked up the bag before I pulled my card and he snatched the bag out of my hand saying “you cannot touch the bag until you pay”. Not sure if you have had people steal or if he had PTSD , but it was unnecessary.

Pretty pathetic you can literally bring in the pen you want another one of ,and they still get you the wrong pen that we just spent $40 on. Doesn’t even have the cbd which is why we wanted the pen to begin with. And we gave him a 15 percent tip to screw us, which we want back The pen is also clearly labeled!!! This is where street dealers shine, they typically know their product. I will post the name of the individual as soon as I get a how was your service email, which I also should have by now but don’t Been like an hour and no how was your service email.
