Excellent selection and prices! Convenient Van Nuys Airport location, the best cannabis store I have been to, that is why I keep coming back. This time I picked up some VetCBD oil for my senior dog. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for THC or CBD products. A+

Came in last night to purchase some concentrate, 3 separate types. 2 were pretty decent, as to be expected. The 3rd was absolutely foul (Reaked of rotten eggs) ((Sulfur was sprayed/burned far too late in bloom)) I called today upon opening and smelling the 3rd jar and was told to bring it in and they could exchange it. When I got off work I stopped in to return. I handed it to the young lady at the register and she smelled it, she remarked "damn, i wouldn't smoke that either!" 🫣🥴 "Im sure we can replace it, let me talk to my manager" Manager returned and said, "absolutely no returns, especially if opened" 😅 how would one know that their medicine their purchasing reeked of rotten eggs without opening the jar? Got to say, absolutely disgusted that this was able to pass testing in the first place. Doubt I will be back. I wouldn't recommend coming.

Lady gave me the wrong ounce. Called back and told them, she said “sorry honey” with an attitude. I tried to explain to her this isn’t what I wanted and she wouldn’t budge or even try to come up with a solution. Totally unacceptable

The store itself is great really cool vibe with lots of hip-hop memorabilia and solid products. I’ve been a couple of times and always liked the atmosphere. That said, on my second visit I was unfortunately given the wrong product. When I called to return and swap it for what I had originally asked for, I ended up being transferred between two different people and had to explain the situation twice. In the end, I was told “sorry honey, you opened it so you can’t exchange it.” Respectfully, the mistake wasn’t mine the wrong product was given to me, packaged in a plain white bag, and I only realized after opening it. What made it worse was that the second lady I spoke with came across very patronizing, repeatedly asking “what’s going on, hunny?” Instead of taking responsibility, it felt dismissive. Bottom line: Great store, great products, but the customer service (at least from the person I dealt with) left a lot to be desired. With so many dispensaries selling the same products, good customer service and fairness when mistakes happen are pivotal to keeping loyalty.
