Legacy Glassworks

Recently I attended a wineglass-making class with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The class was amazing and we had a lot of fun while developing a new appreciation for glassblowing. The reason why this is not 5-stars however is due to the complete lack of customer service. I got a call at 3:30 today saying that our wineglasses were ready to go. Amazed by the fast response but still at work I responded that I would be over later today. I arrived at the store however to my dismay the store completely omitted that one of the wineglasses was broken. Apparently they didn't inform me because at some point today they were hoping to get one of their glassblowers to fix it. We could've avoided this entire scenario if they just told me in the first place, now I feel frustrated because I did a round trip to Minneapolis. I liked the service and would like to continue using it but not if employees are omitting details on a product that was paid for three weeks in advance.

I had my first glass blowing experience at Legacy today and it did not disappoint! I did the marble class, Chris was my instructor, and it was great! Chris made me feel confident, comfortable, and he’s very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to pick up what I made tomorrow, and I will definitely be back to get on the torch again!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff and clean environment. The Art/Glasswork is out of this world! Kudos to the artists. Also doing bigger things within the industry beyond just this shop so keep your eyes peeled for these guys! Thank you Legacy!
