Kure CBD & Vape

My experience was fantastic. They took the time to educate me on the different vapes and the substance to use. Many other places have not listened to what I wanted & needed, but this vape shop listened & got me set up. I highly recommend.

Very polite ladies and very helpful

The ladies at this location are very helpful. Kaitlyn was cheerful and helpful today. I went in looking for a new vape and got the XROS 5. Love it.

And it may seem like I’m saying the same things about Shayna as I did about Kaitlyn, because they are both really good customer service people. Not to sound too much like an HR rep, but they have different strengths and seem to use those in a way that, at least to this customer, blends to make a good team. Shayna has a calming presence and will go out of their way to keep a product in stock that probably no one else even thinks about. They make sure I use my points and seem to really value their job. I would hire her if I could! It looks like my whole other review about Kaitlyn disappeared. Sad. They are a customer service guru! I am always happy with their incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable advice. They are truly sunshine in human form and it’s a pleasure to work with them!

Shayna is always super nice! Does everything she can to find something new that maybe you haven't tried!

Great selection and the people were great!

Buyer beware! They will sell you a vape and then never stock the coils. When asked about it, they've said they are going to order them. 3 trips to the store later and still no coils... On top of juice being overpriced...no thanks, I'll shop elsewhere.

Good group of knowledgeable people, enjoyable to be around

I went in this store spent 54 dollars for the tree house mushroom vape. It was garbage!! do not bye it from here, took it back in to get some type of credit. They did not give me any credit what so ever. So I went up the stree to Green 55 smoke shop and got my moneys worth. Never stepping into kure cbd ever again. Pure disappointment!!
