I had an amazing experience thanks to Ricky. From the moment I walked in, he was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I got some good stuff. He took the time to ask the right questions, explained the differences between products clearly, and made recommendations that were spot on. I never felt rushed or upsold like at other dispensaries just guided. Ricky made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and I left with more that I anticipated. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Key Cannabis was too good not to share. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, but the real MVP was my budtender RICKI. This man gave me the BEST customer service I’ve ever had at any dispensary, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cool to talk to. He broke everything down for me, recommended exactly what I needed, and made sure I left confident in what I was getting. It felt like VIP treatment without even asking for it. It’s rare these days to find someone who actually cares about the customer experience, but Key Cannabis definitely has one. Because of this I’ll forever come back. Shoutout to Key Cannabis and big love from Ricki — keep doing what y’all do!
