Bought two vapes, went out to the car, tried one and it was burnt, had no taste (white gummy watermelon). Went back inside and requested to exchange it and would pay the difference for a different vape entirely. I was told no since I “left the store” so bought a different vape full price. Told my husband and he went back inside to see what the problem was. Lady working had manager on the phone already, then the manager cussed and got an attitude about exchanging it. Unprofessional. Long time customers here, we won’t be back. Can’t sell a bad product and refuse to make it right.
