I Heart CBD - West Ashley

Went in to check out and the store and the sales representative Jacob was very helpful! Store was clean and well organized. Jacob was very good at explaining everything to me and I could tell he’s a very knowledgeable sales representative. I highly recommend this store to all!

This place is awesome! The staff is well knowledgeable about the products. Very big help. Jacob is one of the most knowledgeable people to take with. Any question you have, he’s got a answer, it’s a comfortable and inviting store especially when you have a person like Jacob to make the experience great.

My tire blew out on the road outside of this shop. I was trying to get AAA service set up, but my anxiety disorder got the better of me and I was unable to take my medication because I hadn’t brought a drink. I walked into this store looking for anything to drink without CBD in it. Jackson gave me his own unopened water bottle of two he had sitting next to the register, his other one half empty already at 10:00AM, likely he wouldn’t have convenient access to water the rest of his shift. I wanted to write a review because of the “shirt off my back” treatment to a walk-in who doesn’t partake in CBD and the unsolicited generosity and compassion he displayed while expecting nothing in return.

Wanted to check this place out for the first time since I’ve started to try different cbd oils for me and family. Went by last Saturday at 6pm and the open light was on but the door was locked. I called, I waited in my car for about 15 mins, saw no one. I messaged the business directly on their site. Haven’t heard back from anyone. Disappointed, especially after reading all the positive reviews. I’ll keep looking for a local place.

Knowledgeable staff. Great variety. Store points system. Clean, organized and safe store, unlike a few I have tried that felt sketchy. My go-to shop for THCa and Delta products.

The people that work at the counter really need to work on being more knowledgeable about their products. Every question I ask, they either don’t know or it looks like they are guessing. I had the same problem at the John’s island location with one of their employees. If you are going to work somewhere you need to know what you are selling.

I💚CBD in general is hands down, the absolute best retail store of its genre in the area! I’m so grateful to this company but this review is for Ashley at the West Ashley store. Girl, first off, I sincerely appreciate you going the extra mile for a stranger, today. What may not seem like much to you was like a light beam of gleaming hope for me today, so thank you again! 🤸🏻 I’m not certain of Ashley’s exact role but my hope is for upper management to see this, read it, either realize or reiterate the fact that Ashley is an asset to their company, and reward her accordingly. Customer service these days is pretty much a thing of the past so when an “Ashley from West Ashley” comes along, it’s pretty parallel to a diamond in the ruff so take good care of her!
