Typically I love this shop, it’s my regular shop when I’m looking for a vape. However, the no returns policy may completely turn me off from it. I went Friday, Feb 7th & my typical brand was out so I got a brand I’d never gotten before based on manager recommendation. It turned on & hit in the store, but tasted burnt-I chalked this up to it just being something i wasn’t used to. But I realized something was faulty because the battery also keeps turning itself off immediately, even after charging & according to brand website, that’s a sign of an issue. So I went back Monday, 3 days later with the vape still completely full & charged and the receipt and was told I still wasn’t able to return it. The employees there were super kind and apologetic, but this store policy is ridiculous if I have a clearly unused product because it’s faulty AND the receipt. I’d love to keep supporting this store, but I’m now extremely hesitant to waste more money

Sold me 2 wrong cartridges that do not fit the vaporiser I also got there. And they refused to let me return the one I haven’t opened for sanitary reasons? Saying that’s why they told me to double check the cartridge fits my device before I left. Well, I know I should, but you didn’t actually tell me to do that, and I thought you know what you’re doing. I won’t go back to a shop that can’t own its mistake and just blame everything on customers. You just lost a regular customer. Oh but I bet you’re too cool to care.
