Quick evaluation of this store, the customer service is very good. You’re almost always greeted as soon as you walk through the door. Selection is phenomenal, the selection of choices is truly there. But now we get to prices where I sadly have to take away a star. As some things are reasonably priced there are other things where you could be paying an extra 8 dollars. For example, a Foger pod and battery ranges at a gas station at 21$ but as for Hempz you’ll pay almost 30$ plus a tip if you’re willing to give one. The prices aren’t all there and this can cause issues for people like me who do their own research. There are plenty of more examples with some products but overall it’s a very well kept and friendly store, but, the prices aren’t as low as they say.

Always there to help and stay open till midnight. Plus the guys in the shop will always work a deal out with you to compete with other shops if there prices are not already better.

Went in there today with my girlfriend. Walked in while there was other people being attended to. We stood aside patiently and waited while the employee helped the couple there ahead of us. First red flag we were never acknowledged at all. If the employee was busy he could of at least said hey guys let me finish up and I'll be right with u. Then after waiting about 10 mins a different customer walked in was acknowledged and taken care of ahead of us while we were again not even acknowledged. Very very poor service

New staff are very friendly and helpful. They know a lot about their THC products and vapes. A lot of places don't offer much information when it comes to delta 8 thc stuff, but Austin is a great help. Very knowledgeable! The shop has been very clean and better organized lately. It always smells very good inside :) Their rewards program is awesome, check them out they are worth the drive !!

I love this place but I tend to go in the morning around the time they are supposed to open around 9 and they aren’t there even after 20-40 minutes after they open! Love the environment and the employees tho!
