December 2025 update: Guess it's been awhile since I've been here and things have changed! From the person at check in who barely spoke above a whisper and wasn't even willing to extend his hand as far as the little window to check my ID, to the bud tender whose only phrases were dude and I'm just doing my job, not a great experience. Not everyone wants the Let's Go and Dude attitude when it comes to shopping for marijuana. What used to feel like a classy experience now just feels like your stereotypical one... This is my new favorite, and probably home dispensary. I've yet to run into any issues with inventory, staff knowledge, parking, pricing, loyalty program, I can't seem to find anything wrong with this place! And being a med patient, they do a great job of making you feel valued, which is much appreciated. With so many choices of dispensaries these days, it really comes down to customer service, and I can't say enough about the positive experiences I've had here. If you read any of my other reviews, you know customer service is very very important...

Great service, from the front desk person who spotted the need to update my record and took care of that immediately, to the person who filled my order (Ian) and found some discounts for me. And all done very quickly. This store is terrific.

This store is ... O. K. But not as good as it should be. It is a corporate store , the employees get commission - so they try to sell you high cost products first. I went inside and asked for a sales deal as advertised. The attendant was GOOD but I had to repeat myself of what I *specifically asked for as the attendant prepared to upgrade me. I repeated ( I despise repeating myself ) my order . Customers want the LOWEST PRICE possible with the best quality possible. That's ALL we are concerned with. We are tired of being robbed for a product that costs no more than other plant products sold - lettuce and cannabis require the exact same conditions to grow .... Lettuce is $2.39 a pound , cannabis is about $8 per gram ( = $8 x 28gr ($224 = 1oz) x 16oz = $3584 a pound, and up, up, up. We made it LEGAL so we can be free of overpricing due to illegality. Now corporate stores rob us blind. Like I said good store but LOW PRICES are what customers want MOST !!! 😤
