My friend went in as I waited in the car and had a bad experience there! The lady was really rude to him and wouldn’t give him any time of day.

Oh man, I just bought these THCA dime bags and the weed was beyond old, crummy and stale. I touched the buds and they were INSTANTLY shredded!! Dumb me for not realizing these containers holding the buds were not airtight containers (lesson learned) but fact remains: these buds were opposite of being fresh and in my garbage disposal, it goes.

Tap to pay hasn't working for over a month! Don't go here if you use contactless. I used a uber to get told their tap don't work and they have no clue where a ATM is or have other options.

ZERO stars ... SUSPECT. Dishonest and misleading .... DO NOT SHOP ANY OF THESE PLACES. The gal said due to "tariffs" there is limit on vape purchase. I asked which state law dictates this limitation and she said it's their own and then tried but couldn't continue with the statement so it fell out of her mouth in pieces, basically lied to my face. 😒 The entirety of this whole shop is suspect if they have a gal spewing nonsense and stealing information from people's i.d. to "keep track". I did not give permission for them to take ANY of my personal information. And there is a network of these places around Oahu creating a monopoly and illegally obtaining people's personal information for what... to prevent purchase at another shop within their network. SUSPECT. Nonsense. Disgusting that places like this take advantage of people during a time of crisis and unrest around the country. These people are complicit in keeping citizens scrambling and confused using misinformation to deceive and control. I actually owe you a "thnx✌🏽". Due to all of the above I quit vaping. 😌 Get right or get left.

They sell you broken or counterfeit vapes that don’t work and refuse to exchange them (while still in the store). It’s my loss she said

Terrible service unreasonable staff

Hawaii’s Cheapest Vapes — especially the Ala Moana location — is hands down one of the most reliable vape shops I’ve ever been to. Actually, all their locations have been consistently solid. I’ve never had a problem with any of their stores. The staff is always professional, patient, and takes the time to break down exactly what you’re buying. They make sure you understand how your vape works, and they always have you test it before you leave so you don’t end up with a dud. That kind of service is rare these days — much respect to the crew.
