Knowledgeable staff, great selection of edibles, flower, cones, accessories and more. Easy access, large parking lot, bright and clean inside. They accept cash and debit card. They always seem to have some sort of social outreach/donation drive going to support local nonprofits. It's a really great store with some really nice people that are ready to answer any questions you have. I love shopping local, it feels good to support small businesses.

Thought I’d give them another shot after I overheard they had someone coming in to spray for spider mites but the flower is mids at best. Go to Sessco down the road they have a points system and a rotating menu!

Can’t admit they hired uneducated staff & sold poor quality resin when I was told on the phone before arriving they were stocked with rosin. When this incident occurred they even decided to tell us they’d be restocked with rosin in the coming weeks - funny now they say they don’t sell rosin when I bought two grams there in 2023 before they were even licensed, kept in a fridge away from customers. Sketchy business, sketchy owners, most definitely embarrassing to call themselves a dispensary.

Clean, spacious store with a polite staff. Not corporate. Pricing beats the competition. They even sell 'dime bags' for a dime. You can also get wax and edibles. NY needs more stores like this.

I've been growing bud since I was a kid. 30 years almost. Im also an arborist and landscaper. Plants are my life. The beautiful souls at Grassroots can grow some bud. Rocket Push Pop and Papaya Juice were grown with expert care. The crystallization and maturity of the buds I got were evident. I dislike most of NY companies and have been everywhere. I'll only buy from Grassroots now. Ty for providing quality, clean, pretty medicine. Your new friend/customer , PK

The store is fine, the service is fine, the people are fine. Fine and dandy. The product is mediocre at best, vastly overpriced and highly limited selection. 4 eighths to choose from, only one sativa and the main terpene is myrcene? And it's listed as 17 percent? AND costs 50 dollars? The legal weed market in NY is an inflated bubble waiting to burst but this store is leading the way lol. Again, fine folk and fine location but the product is over priced and mediocre. Small batch? Okay. I can believe that. Quality? Nah. Been smoking for 30 years and this ain't it.

Easily the best dispensary and information center on cannibas in rochester. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have wonderful flower that I regularly get. The owner is the sweetest person in the world and they always have fun events going on. You would be at a loss for not taking a stop here

I love it in this place! They have gotten a lot of upgrades since i first started shopping here and its great. Their selection of products has improved immensely. All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the shop is so cute! I have had nothing but good experiences here.

Usually my wife and I go to Good Life Collective but decided to branch out and very glad that we did! Not only is their product cheaper but the atmosphere is so much more relaxed. Will absolutely be coming here as our sole dispensary!

Great vibes and energy! Love all the plants and the hand drawn artwork. Very friendly staff. Just walking in feels different compared to some of the dispensaries that feel like a walmart or a 7/11. Your one stop shop for some good bud and good vibes ✌️
