Store manager Ian had no knowledge of daily deals displayed on posters throughout the store, when it came time to pay they rang up full priced items and I had to let them know. I had a prior interaction with his boyfriend when I tried to return a cartridge that smelled too potent for my preference. He let me return it because it his last day but apparently it was opened and he couldn’t do a return. Mind you, they had told me I was able to return carts (smoked at least half way, even if I didn’t like the taste) they could do returns. Very first time I returned it, unsmoked, it was an issue for him.Also mind you he was on a personal phone call when I walked in and I didn’t raise an issues about being professional. Fast forward, 2nd interaction with said store manager boyfriend Ian refused to issue a return on an unopened cartridge package due to the prior interaction with his boyfriend.Called another Manager at Davis Rd & said it shouldn’t be an issue but it’s up to managers discretion to issue returns. Customer of 4 years no more.
