After walking in, I let the desk guy know that it was my first time. He asked for my ID, and after handing it back to me I was sent through another door with no real instruction. First impressions… clean and organized, but no one was available to help me. Both of the bud tenders were assisting others, so I looked around while I waited to get help. Once I saw one of them was free, I got in line and walked to the counter for assistance. However the available budtender turned around and began talking to the workers in the back room, ignoring that I was even there. So I continued to stand in line, till the 2nd budtender finished up with her customer. Once complete with her customer, she asked me if I had been helped. (Finally! Thank you!) I said no, and let her know it was my first time in, and that I didn’t quite know how to find out if they had what I was looking for. She immediately came around to the front and began helping me with the process. Her name was Angelica, she was the only employee I encountered here that was welcoming. Seriously, if it wasn’t for her kindness and wonderful customer service, there is no way that I would ever come back to this place.
